MEXICAN COFFEE
Mexican coffee begins with handpicked beans grown in rich volcanic soil. After harvesting, the beans are washed and sun-dried, preserving their natural sweetness. They are then slowly roasted, bringing out warm notes of chocolate, nuts, and spice — flavors that define authentic Mexican coffee. Finally, it’s ground and brewed traditionally, often prepared with cinnamon and piloncillo, creating a rich and aromatic cup that reflects Mexico’s culture and heart.
